Job Description

Position summary and objective:

• To grow brand’s influence and awareness at target audiences. Ultimately, increase sales revenue and maximize opportunities via digital platforms. 

Responsibilities

• Develop relevant and engaging content for social media and/or digital channels such as websites/blogs/CRM.
• Improve website content together with the creative team to produce materials of visual impact.
• Gather information, analytics and related reports to develop upcoming marketing plans.
• Assist in the planning and execution of the company’s overall marketing communication programs.
• Do market research and competitor analysis.
• Facilitate the company in events and exhibitions.
• Content research, planning and coordination.
• Also involved in all content/writing work, content editorial and proofreading.
• Handle company CRM portal and assist to handle customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• Min 1-2 years of work experience. Fresh graduates with good academic results are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.
• Required Skill(s): copywriting, content editing, proofreading, reading & research, computer knowledge, internet-savvy.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• The ability to think creatively and translate ideas into copywriting.
• Superior writing skills to develop persuasive copywriting for promotion campaigns.
• Knowledge about e-commerce and internet marketing is an added advantage.
• Preferably junior executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development, Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as internal training will be provided.
